    Personal Feedback:
I enjoy working with Artworks For Milwaukee. I feel they are preparing me to be the best employee that I can be. I have never painted a mural before and thought it would be more challenging than it actually is. One thing that is more difficult than I expected is taking criticism. But I understand the importance of being a team player.

Feedback From The Lead Artist `Ammar Nsoroma:
The project is going great so far. We are past the minor obstacles  like coming up with ideas to sketch  and we are progressing steadily now. We are working on painting in the images and the mural is coming together although is still in the "underwear stages." The team members are growing in their understanding of mural work and it is good to see.

    Personal feedback:
This program has changed me a lot. It's very interesting. I thought we were only going to be painting everyday but instead we have all kinds of tasks to do each day like painting, sketching and drawing (etc). I didn't expect the mural to come out the way it has so far -- we are all working together to hopefully have it done the right way in 8 weeks. I'm so happy to be a part of something this wonderful. I'm excited to be working with my Lead Artist -- he has really encouraged me to push myself harder everyday.

Last week, our team accomplished the following:

    1. We worked on design skills, which allowed us to practice creative & innovation skills by creating the sketches

2.We did more brainstorming  and sketching for images, which allowed us to practice critical thinking and problem solving skills

    3. We researched images for murals, which allowed us to practice initiative & self-direction

This week, our team  is going to accomplish the following:

    1.  We must prepare to get ourselves to and from Manpower, Inc. for our Career Coaching Kick-Off, which  allows us to practice preparedness skills.

    2. We will also meet our career coaches and will learn about our marketing ourselves and our work skills

3.The last thing we will practice is professionalism and communication skills when we work with our Coaches.

    Personal Feedback:

My perspective of this program, is really excellent so far... there has been no problem...I thought we were only going to paint everyday, but instead we are doing all kinds of jobs tasks like taking out garbage everyday. The most difficult problem i have with ArtWorks is to enjoy my art because I do not feel confident about it. Like when I am painting or sketching, its a little bit difficult, because I don't always have any ideas or comments to say.
